It's not an Acrobatic Rock'n Roll class but easy aerials coming from Lindy Hop.

Three hours of workshop to discover the basic principles of spins and slides for leaders and followers.

14h - 15h : Principles et technics of spins for all dances (all levels)

15h10 - 16h10 : Slides for Rock, Boogie and Lindy Hop (all levels)

16h20 à 17h20 : Slides only for Balboa (all levels)

Don't forget to take dance shoes with layer under to be able to slide...
