Natasha
She
starts dancing Standards and Latins at the age of 7. When she was
seventeen, she graduated in 1st series and started teaching to children
and adults for pleasure but also for competition. She often reaches the
finals in the different national and international competitions such as
the Davidovsky Cup, Open Finland, Open Saint-Petersburg, Championship of
Saint-Petersburg, Open Russia, etc..
She
worked for year in Standards and Latins with known teachers such as Olga
and Alexander Zenkevich (double professional world Champions Show
Standards, triple Champions in Russia Standards), Brian Torner and
Bridgit Meyers (Double vice-Champions in Latins Show), Vlad Pavlov (Russia
vice Champion, Finalist of the Professional World championship), Dmitri
Timochin and Anna Bezikova (Russia Latins Champions, European amateur
and professional Champions, Triple vice World Champions in amateurs
Latins, Vice Professional World Champions in 2004) and their trainer
Sergei Sokov.
In 2001, as she did not find any partner
available in her level she stops competition and moves towards Swing.
She leaves for Sweden for training and participates to other worldwide
trainings.
In 2003 she organises the first Swing
Festival of ST Petersburg and created the school and troupe: the Swing
Dance Company.
She
officiates as a judge in the Swing Russian competitions, she is also the
president of the association for the development of the swing dances in
ST Petersburg.
In 2004 she leaves Russia to settle down
in France.
She
is currently one of the two or three best dancer and teacher of Russian
Swing and ranges between the greatest worldwide.
She
continues training herself in the greatest international trainings with
the greatest teachers in en Boogie, Lindy Hop, Balboa, West Coast
Swing,...
